Background:
Let me introduce myself. My name is Steve Nyhof, President of Steve Nyhof Enterprises, Inc. I have designed more than 5000 house plans over the past 28 years and have built million dollar homes on the shores of Lake Michigan.
I have worked with computers over the last 17 - 18 years to automate my company operations. I am artistic by nature, and love everything to do with design, programming and developing local and Internet systems.

Over the past 6 years we have developed web site systems specifically for custom home builders and recently for developers/production builders.
I understand home building which help me understand your needs. I and several of my employees helped develop a number of different systems throughout the years, most of which are no longer being used. Trial and error - time to move forward.
As time moved on and reality sunk in, I began to realize that builders do not like bells and whistles. In fact computers are on their most disliked list. So it became important to design systems with "simple and fast" in mind.
After designing a web site for myself and incorporating a number of systems to help communicate better with my customers and the builders we worked for, I began to see what worked and what didn't.
As a builder I didn't have time for sophisticated systems to maintain. But I still needed to compete in this technologically advanced world that my competitors were moving toward.
Today we are offering systems and services that help builders get their content in front of prospective home buyers with less effort, and tools to show off their properties and house plans, and help them sell more homes. And with very little effort.
If it fails, throw it out. if it works, further develop it. I am here to serve the construction community. My goal is to further develop systems and services to help builders sell more homes.
