Raised Ranch House Plans - Raised Ranch Home Plans - Raised Ranch Floor Plans
The raised ranch home plan is a recently popular variation of the Ranch house plan and has two levels. A split-entry plan generally has a main floor with all the living spaces including the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms, and a partially submerged basement. Raised ranch house plans are also great speculation homes for builders as they are typically less expensive to build and offer better living space on two levels.
